SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER STATUS

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. This may vary with circumstances such as available stock, online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Pick up – You are very welcome to pick up your order once it is ready for dispatch. Our showroom and warehouse is located in Ballymena, Northern Ireland in the Pennybridge Industrial Park. Regular business hours only.

Delivery Cost – Free within Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland on orders over £500. Free delivery is available on UK Mainland orders over £1000. Delivery is calculated in the check-out stage by your post code.
Our system will estimate how many pallets it will likely take to ship your order and calculate your shipping cost from this. If it doesn’t appear correctly calculated please contact us for confirmation.
Delivery is priced very competitively to Ireland, Isle of Man, and UK Mainland addresses. Small Items cost £9.95 for the first, and the £5 per each item after, regardless of postcode.

Small Items – Small items can be posted for £9.95, with additional products costing £5. For example, 1 set of Basin taps will cost £9.95, with 2 costing £14.95 and 3 costing £19.95.

How do I change my delivery address?

For security and fraud prevention the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

It is not possible to add or remove items once an order has been placed. Please place a new order for additional items or follow our returns process for the unwanted items. In the case of adding items we will ship together for no extra fees if possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our orders are dispatched promptly, therefore we are unable to amend your order once it has been placed. To cancel your order under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can refuse delivery or follow our returns process within 14 days of receipt of your goods. This does not apply to the products listed as exclusions in our returns policy unless they are faulty.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money due to pricing errors or other issues relating to accidental misinformation.

MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via PayPal or  VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express as secured by SagePay.
